• 'Worker': An individual who creates a profile to offer professional services
• 'Agency': A company or organization seeking to hire workers
• 'Contact Unlock': The act of purchasing access to a worker's contact information
• 'Credits': Virtual currency used to unlock contacts

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Worker Obligations

• Provide accurate professional information and qualifications
• Maintain a professional profile with current information
• Respond to agency inquiries in a timely manner
• Fulfill work commitments made through the platform
• Comply with all applicable employment and tax laws

6. Agency Obligations

• Use contact information only for legitimate hiring purposes
• Respect worker privacy and confidentiality
• Pay workers according to agreed terms
• Comply with all employment and labor laws
• Not share unlocked contact information with third parties

7. Payment Terms

• Agencies pay for contact unlocks using credits or direct payment
• All prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Workers do not pay fees to use the platform

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Circumvent payment systems or share unlocked contacts
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract data
• Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are owned by Hirely. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Hirely acts as a platform connecting workers and agencies. We are not responsible for the quality of work, disputes between users, or any damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users should be resolved directly. For disputes with Hirely, we encourage contacting us first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to international arbitration or the jurisdiction of the user's country of residence.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Provide false information

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international law. Any disputes will be resolved through international arbitration or in accordance with applicable local laws.
